Looking to do something creative

I play guitar, have decent mic equipment, have a keyboard controller for sound effects when warranted to mess around with. My influences are all over the place from David Gilmour, Metallica, Beastie Boys, Tool, Black Sabbath, Bob Marley and more I’m self taught and have been playing for a long time. I’m 44 now, been studying more theory lately to change things up. Would love to find a scenario where exploration is welcomed, no judgement, just seeing if we can make something that we can feel, that others can feel. Open to recording, playing shows or whatever may develop. I have a crappy amp currently but can change that easily. Basic Ibanez electric guitar with a couple decent effect pedals currently. I write lyrics a lot so would be open to other writers and trying to make music for that.
