Willing to work with and hire most anyone who has good skills. Pay starts at 12$ an hour and goes up from there once you can show me what you know. Long term projects keeping us busy year round. Must have personal tools for the trade., transportation, proper work attire. We have a tool buying program. Must not be a druggie or a drinker, You know who you are, don't bother even applying. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 50 - 80 lbs without and issue. Must be comfortable on up to a 20 ft ladder, Most importantly no Lazy Unreliable people.
