Need a RELIABLE carpenter

Need a RELIABLE carpenter to build decks, fences, pergolas, etc.. Experienced ONLY. No druggies, no alcoholics, no newbies, no dreamers, no wannabes, ACTUAL CARPENTERS. Must have a vehicle - truck preferred Must have own tools - table saw - miter saw - impact & drills - skillsaw - level - speed square - pencil - etc. And know how to use them Must have experience building decks, fences, pergolas, etc. Laying a slab is a plus, not required. Ability to sketch a job and estimate materials IS a plus. No time for dreamers, I have lots of work for right person(s). You must be reliable, I will test your skill on ONE project, do great work, get more work. Must have ability to work on your own. Work is from Summerville to Mt Pleasant, ability to get to and from job site is mandatory. Ability to follow instructions, be courteous, act professional, etc is mandatory.
