Need 60 to 90 day rental

My daughter and I need a short term rental, preferably furnished. Approximately 60 to 90 days is excellent. We are in the process of buying a home. And need a temporary rental. One or two bedrooms is fine and a fenced yard would be perfect. Because we have small dogs. Our animals are house broken and we are clean, tidy individuals. Our price range is about $1000- per month plus utilities.( plus security deposit). Our animals are tiny and weigh about 7 to 12 lbs each. They are very well behaved and quiet too. We must meet you in person, and receive keys in person. No sending applications or keys in the mail thanks anyway. Strictly face to face. Due to past bad experiences with scammers. I look forward to hearing from you soon. And we will maintain your home and the yard if provided with lawn care equipment (lawnmower) no worries. Thanks for your time and consideration.
