I hired Loather Flooring Inc. to install hardwood flooring into my home. After 9 weeks I noticed the floor cupping. After reviewing the flooring issue he refused to make good on his faulty workmanship. The court found him guilty of not following the National Hardwood Flooring Guidelines and the Flooring Guidelines stipulated from Sommerset Flooring specifically outlined on each of the containers. I hired the Cole Law Group to represent me. After 2 years and 4 months of litigation the Circuit Court of Nashville found him guilty and ordered him to pay me $23,659.07 plus court costs. To this day I have not received a cent. The company refuses to stand behind their work and Circuit Court direction.
