An At-Home Polenta Table Experience!!!

Dining out has become too boring & limited lately. Order food, eat food, go home. Not this time! For our Valentine's Day treat this year, we took a page out of Fortina Executive Chef Christian Petroni's book: the Polenta Table.
This old-world experience involves pouring cheesy, creamy polenta all over a table and adorning it with meats, veggies, breads & sauces. There's no right or wrong way to eat it except you might want to wear a poncho 😉
Our take-home version of this feast includes the following:
