Have you been interested in trying out a workout at Eat the Frog Fitness? We are offering a FREE session on Saturday, February 6th at 10:00am for anyone who is not currently a member of our Frog Squad!
This is open to YOU if you are a beginner, or have been working out for years! We will be providing modifications if needed, as well as challenges if you want to make things tougher! 🔥
Pre-registration is REQUIRED, as we only have 12 spots available for this session! Bring a friend and come workout with us!
