STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Ivan Serrano, 15, who was reported missing from Stratford on Sunday, Jan. 31. Serrano is described by police as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black coat, black pants, black shoes and was carrying a large black garbage bag. A photo wasn't provided.
