The Pregnancy Center's Annual Fundraising Dinner will feature actor and film maker Kevin Sorbo. The Pregnancy Center is a non-profit, faith based organization that has been offering free programs and services to Lincoln and the surrounding areas since 1984. Their current facility is located in the heart of Lincoln just off O Street on 111 Piazza Terrace. The Pregnancy Center’s mission is to strengthen families by serving those with pregnancy-related concerns, promote the freedoms of abstinence to unmarried persons, and care for those who have experienced the trauma of abortion. Every month over 400 young women in our community come to the Pregnancy Center for answers. These women desperately need our love and support. Many of them are afraid and feel like they have no options. The Pregnancy Center offers complete information about every option available to a woman facing an unintended pregnancy, however the center does not refer for or recommend abortion. The Pregnancy Center provides confidential counsel, pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, materials support, parenting classes and character-based relationship education in schools all at no cost to our clients or taxpayers.
