TEMPLE HILLS, MD — Police said one of their helicopters had to make an emergency landing in Temple Hills just before 8 p.m. Thursday. Officers explained that the chopper, named "Guardian," landed in the 3700 block of Branch Avenue after one of its warning lights went off while in the air. The Prince George's County Police Department did not report any injuries. No further information is available. News Alert: At approximately 7:47 PM our helicopter "Guardian" received an emergency light while in the air on patrol.
