Press release from the City of Colorado Springs: January 29, 2021 COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The City of Colorado Springs Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax (LART) Citizens' Advisory Committee has announced it will begin accepting funding applications for events and projects in 2021 immediately. The application can be found at the LART Website or by emailing [email protected] (link sends e-mail). The LART Committee acts in an advisory capacity to City Council in all matters concerning expenditures of any revenues derived from the Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax. The deadline for the application is Friday, February 26 at 5 p.m. Application workshops for applicants will be held virtually on Thursday, February 11 at 2 p.m. and Wednesday, February 17 at 5:30 p.m. NOTE: Please see the LART Citizens' Advisory Committee website for further information.
