A dynamic combination of beach Yoga, silent disco, and meditation, all through silent disco headsets. Join Yogi , Meredith Baker for a fun, soulful and nourishing experience for your mind, body, heart and spirit. Yoga to ground. Silent disco to celebrate and let some joy in with other human beings. (because let's get real, we are all pretty zoomed out!) At the end, allow a meditation to integrate it all. The icing on the cake is the backdrop of the magical sun setting at the beach. This epic journey is streamed through silent disco headphones to enhance your experience in getting out of your head and back home to your heart and body. EVENT SCHEDULE: 4:30-4:45pm Check in and Opening Circle 4:45-5:15pm Yoga Flow with Meredith 5:15-5:45pm Silent Disco Dance 5:45-6:00pm- Meditation + closing circle What to bring: a towel or yoga mat, water bottle, extra warm layers for warmth and the final meditation, your mask. **This is a socially distanced event** We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Thankfully the beach allows for so much outdoor air and space. In order to be in compliance with the county health department and continue these events , please show up wearing a mask and keep socially distanced throughout the event. Please be mindful of other guests and beachgoers, and maintain social distance from those around you. Upon arrival temperatures will be taken and hand sanitizer will be provided.
