We have been patiently waiting for our Rye to age to perfection, and it's finally ready! The Rye is made with 2/3 Georgia grown Rye and 1/3 Malted Wheat. It is fermented and distilled in our famous copper pot stills, then aged in new charred American oak barrels. The Hellbender Rye offers distinct fruit-forward flavors of plump ripe plum and cherry, dill, pumpernickel, and cocoa in a chasm of flavor.
