Join our Socially Distant (yet in person) Guided Meditation Circle for February 2021! GETTING UNSTUCK - Join our Socially Distant (yet in person) Guided Group Meditation Circle for February 2021 as we harness the energy from the Full Moon (falling on the next evening) and look within ourselves for guidance and answers. Suitable for BEGINNERS and EXPERIENCED meditation practitioners alike. Our room is large enough for an intimate group of 10 to sit six-feet apart from one another and per county health regulations, masks will be required - during the actual meditation time you may pull the masks down to facilitate deeper breathing and relaxation while in your seat. All religions are invited - this is a all-inclusive gathering. If you have a favorite Crystal that you would like to bring along to hold while you meditate, please do. We will help you use your connection to the Stone's energies to help you in your session. Chairs are provided, if you prefer to bring your own yoga mat or meditation cushion, please do. As an added bonus, Linda and Krystal Gonzales of K2 Gems and Crystals will be attending with some of their favorite pieces for sale and a doTERRA Essential Oils Expert will be on hand for any questions you may have. Doors open at 5:30pm and will lock promptly at 6:05pm! Essentials Plus Massage & Wellness is located inside Hair and Beyond Salon - there is plenty of parking in our private lot. Suggested donation at the door is $20.
