This beginner friendly class will teach the basics of lower back and lower body stretches.
This class will begin with a short warm up followed by a series of static stretches. These stretches will focus on the lower back and lower body. More specifically, they will target the lower spine, hips and hamstrings. We will go through a series of stretches where each stretch will be held for 20-30 seconds up to three times (modifications will be provided if needed).
Stretching can play a large part in the body’s flexibility, mobility, blood flow, posture, stress and quality of life. This beginner friendly class is open to all flexibility levels.
