ORLAND PARK, Ill. – Orland Park police officers are investigating a shooting that injured two people Wednesday, Jan. 27, around 143rd Street and Will-Cook Road.
Police Chief Joseph Mitchell confirmed that police were in the area investigating the incident, which occurred around 12:19 p.m. He also stated that the two individuals who were injured were transported to the hospital.
Mitchell stated that the offender fled northbound in a vehicle and is no longer believed to be in the area.
