Established local band seeking Vocalist or Drummer

The New Models are currently searching for a new vocalist or drummer. We have a practice location located in Portland. We are a chill, drama-free group of musicians that have been writing music for 10+ years each. In early 2020 we took third place in round 2 of the Q106 Homegrown Throwdown. We like to have fun with our practices but are serious when it comes to writing music. We currently have a single on Spotify that is sitting around 68,000 streams so if you want to check that out for sound reference the title is "Over It" The only requirements are as follows: -You must have a good dynamic vocal range as we will be playing pop-punk style music. -The position is not Male/Female/Other limited, anyone that can sing should apply. -You MUST be able to write your own lyrics and have your own transportation. -Please only apply if you are serious about writing original music and are at least 21 years of age -We ask that you are well-practiced if you intend to apply for the drum position. We are not currently playing live shows so there is time to catch up with the material we already have and plenty more time to start writing new music as well. Our aim is to be stage ready by spring/summer. *Auditions will be held on a per-application basis and practices will be during weekends as each member works during the week. We have a PA system and a basic drumset in the practice space so all you need to do is show up. Please make sure to identify what position you would like to try-out for in your message.
