SAN RAMON, CA — An Oakland man, who was wanted on murder charges, was arrested Thursday in connection to a failed robbery set-up in which a 23-year-old woman was fatally shot, the Mercury News reported. The man was arrested at a San Ramon shopping center Thursday afternoon and booked into the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on a no-bail hold, the newspaper reported. Robert Paige, 26, was wanted on murder charges after 23-year-old Au'Jihnae Harris died after she was shot during a failed robbery set up on Dec. 2, according to court records. The pair reportedly worked together to lure a man into the Oakland hills, where police say they attempted to rob a man. During the attempt, Harris was fatally shot as she sat in the car with the robbery victim, police said. Harris died two days later. Read more from the Mercury News.
