Berry beet gazpacho with blueberry balsamic reduction
Fourth Course
Endive, pear and stilton salad with roasted walnuts and dijon vinaigrette
Fifth and Sixth Courses with house selected bottle of wine--choose one per person
Roasted pheasant with mushroom duxelle, asparagus and parmesan with tagliolini al portonat (pasta with poppyseed cream sause and prosciutto)
