Press release from the City of San Clemente: January 30, 2021 The County of Orange will be temporarily closing the Poche Beach Walkway in the Cities of Dana Point and San Clemente. The Poche Beach Walkway is a pedestrian bridge underneath the railroad that provides access from the southbound side of El Camino Real, and crosses underneath the railroad to Poche Beach. It is being closed following inspections by the County's consulting structural engineer and County building official in which the structure was deemed to be in a dangerous condition and was "red-tagged" until repairs can be made.Return to full list >> This press release was produced by the City of San Clemente.
