Please join VPRP for a fun night of Trivia that supports 2 of our most recent rescues; Harrison and Goliath. 50 guest max VPRP and Desert Pines Golf Club are excited to announce our first partnered TRIVIA NIGHT! Limited entry of 50 tickets to allow for social distancing. All proceeds go to paying down the extensive medical bills that Harrison and Goliath have incurred. Entry is $25 and will include a raffle ticket. Trivia winner will receive a prize! BEST PART IS, Harrison and Goliath will be making an appearance and hope to show their supporters how much progress they have made! VGK Hockey will be on, and there will be food, drinks and rescue swag available for purchase! GOLIATH Found severely beaten and tied to a pole. Goliath has been nothing short of a miracle. He has overcome brain swelling, a ruptured bladder that caused sepsis, a pneumothorax that limited his breathing, plus bruising from being kicked repeatedly, all over his body. This little guys will to live has amazed us all, he is inspiration to keep us going every day! His medical bills to date are close to $15k. HARRISON Starved, abused and left to fend for himself on the streets. Harrison was close to death when we pulled him from the shelter, we weren’t sure if he was going to make it, but the amazing doctors at Spencer Springs have helped our boy overcome his battles. He is slowly but surely gaining weight. His vet bills to date are upwards of $9,000 and he still needs basic routine care when fully healthy.
