Board Breaking Workshop YOUR CHILD WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING: FREE Tshirt! Earn a White Belt Break a Real Board For ages 5-12 Due to the new guidelines we are allowed to have 10 participates and 10 spectators! That puts us well under the maximum number of people allowed in our dojo at a time! Please bring masks, which must be worn when walking throughout the dojo as well as throughout the duration of the class. YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN THE FOLLOWING: -Self Defense VS Self Offense -Self-Control- The ability to control our body with our mind. -Focus- The ability to block out distractions. Keeping our eyes on the person talking to us -Self-Discipline- Doing what we know we are supposed to do without being told. -Courtesy and Respect- Treating others the way we want to be treated. -Perseverance- Never giving up when things get tough. -Goal Setting- Working very hard every day to achieve something we want. The mats and all equipment being used are sanitized after every class! *This event is for non-students only*
