A good Catholic Priest advocated this a few years ago.
Title guns. Anything above 22 caliber. Title guns.
This leaves the 2nd Amendment intact.
Gets taxes for the politicos. Gives good information to our law enforcement.
Just like an automobile, house or boat etc.
Guns are a responsibility. Right or wrong Miss Cray Cray?
