Elevated wellness event offering tools to peace through plant-based medicine, movement, meditation and yoga. No prior yoga or fitness experience needed. NEW Location is Ideation Studios! 1346 Roosevelt St, Phoenix, AZ 85007 Doors open @ 6:45pm. Yoga flow starts shortly after 7pm once everyone arrives. The flow & meditation will be 45 minutes and the following time is open for you to stay and meditate / socialize and purchase from local vendors. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one and water please.
