Red Nose Pit vaccinated with proof and registered rehome fee required

I got a Male pitbull that is a red nose he is an adult Male loves kids and other animals. He is well behaved and obeys some commands. He is fully vaccinated and has registration papers and everything. I am requiring a rehoming fee of 250 to make sure he goes to a good home with loving people because he is a wonderful dog and pains me to see him go but too much going on in life and not enough time for him as that's not fair to him.
