Basement Digger and Pipe Layer/Laborer

Looking for experienced versatile basement digger that can get grade within a tenth lower. NO BS!! Flat!! NO smoking in the machines! Daily cleaning and greasing of machines will be done! Pipe Layer needs to know what drainage is and can be in a ditch alone and work independently at times. Laborer needs to be able to assist pipe layer, sweep, broom, shovel, grease, and all other odds and ends. There is room for improvement, if you do the job right you will be taken care of!
