Happy Chinese New Year 2021! Join us for a Chinese Esoteric Buddhist New Year's service, where you give offerings and receive blessings. Once again, the Chinese New Year is quickly approaching. We wish everyone with the affinity and the destiny to receive this message, a joyous holiday, and a new year filled with good luck and all the fortune you desire! Because it brings people good luck to visit a Buddhist Temple, especially at the beginning of the Chinese New Year, our Temple will be open especially for people to receive the New Year's blessings and to give offerings to the Buddhas during the first three days of the Chinese New Year. Those who know how to may give incense offerings. All are able to sit and receive an incense offering and receive the blessings if they have given an offering. Offerings may include fruit and other vegetarian food items or money. Red envelopes are available, or you can bring your own to place in the offering box. Patrons may also choose to purchase items from our gift store. Those who wish to purchase items from our gift store using a credit card are asked to email the request before hand (steenc108(at)gmail.com) , and prepay, so they can be properly prepared for pick up. Cash and check purchases can be made at the time of your visit. All ages are welcome who respect Buddha. Because of the current situation, people are asked to RSVP for a 30 minute time slot. 5 patrons are allowed at one time, and please wear a mask.
