Gardening and maintenance projects at a private residence in Long Beach near Studebaker and Spring. Work can often include trimming shrubs and trees, and can also include cleaning projects, pressure washing, fence staining, and other miscellaneous maintenance, “do it yourself” projects or “handyman” work. Part-time work 3- 4 hours at a time, 1 or more times in a month, weekday mornings. Projects will vary. Pay is hourly, $15 / hour.
