Property maintenance/light handyman work

Looking for reliable, honest, conscientious person to work one afternoon, (approx. 4 hours), three or four times a month at our not for profit, licensed cat sanctuary. Days are flexible, but must be afternoons. Job entails gardening work such as raking of leaves, trimming bushes, sweeping, storm cleanup, help with lifting and moving things. (More will be described.) Preference will be given to someone who can also do small handyman projects. You will NOT have to do any handling of the cats, nor any direct clean up related to them. References will be appreciated.
