I am seeking legal help. My mom pasted a way almost a year ago and her bank( direct express) will not work with us or the funeral home at all so I can get her stuff paid for and get her ashes. I have already contacted legal aid and this is pretty much my last resort as I have very little income and don't know a whole lot. Please respond to this post and I will send you my phone number
