Looking for the RIGHT drummer

We are looking for appropriate drummer. We are "mature / experienced " players with some substantial musical life left in us. We have 2 fully equipped rehearsal locations in Fayetteville area. Looking for drummer with similar music tastes... Classic rock, oldies rock, country, jazz. We have already Guitar/ lead vocals, Bass Guitar/ lead vocals, reed instruments (sax)/ vocals/ misc. percussion. Goals are to make GREAT music, with possibly occasional performance. What is not important: age, gender. What is important : good character, ownership and command of drum kit, similar musical likes.
