Description: Black and white, female, short-haired. Black chin, white chest and paws, black tail. chipped and fixed. Was wearing collar with tag showing name and contact info. Her name is Charlotte. She is very friendly and not afraid to approach people. Missing since 10/23/20 from the Riverpark neighborhood in Oxnard. Please let us know if you have seen her or even think you may have.
