DES PLAINES, Illinois (February 01 , 2021) - RAM Communications and Access One are joining forces to offer a lunch and learn webinar on March 5th. The free event will focus on building cost-effective and easy-to-use telecommunications infrastructure essential to running a modern business. The webinar had originally been scheduled for January 5th, but after listening to attendee feedback, webinar organizers decided to delay the presentation until later in the year. The webinar is broken down into three parts: “Economy through Hosted Telephony,” led by RAM Communications founder Rob McCoy; “Productivity with IM Function,” presented by Access One’s lead solutions architect, Enzo Scafidi; and “Convenience via Remote Access,” featuring Access One’s director of alternate channels, Michael Giampaolo. In “Economy through Hosted Telephony,” Rob McCoy will teach attendees about the evolution in phone service maintenance agreements toward remote moves, adds, and changes. This industry shift effectively ends the nine-to-five waiting periods and replaces it with speed and convenience daily. In “Productivity with IM Function,” Enzo Scafidi will explore one of the most important communication tools of the modern workplace: instant messaging. IM allows teams to communicate quickly without the formality of an email or the time commitment of a video conference. IM has become so popular, even many of Access One’s “old-school” clients have embraced the technology. In “Convenience via Remote Access,” Michael Giampaolo shares how to make working from home a painless process. Remote Access allows you to do everything you would do on an office computer at home. The webinar will take place on Friday, March 5th from 12:15p.m. - 12:50p.m. CST; the Q&A session will follow immediately after from 12:50p.m. - 1:00p.m. CST.
