Annual Arizona Beer Week Dinner features high end specialty releases from Firestone Walker Brewing paired with food from Beer Chef Gidi Six Course Mardi Gras themed beer dinner presented by Hungry Monk and Chef Gidi featuring great pairings with Firestone Walker beers. Beers include 2021 Parabola, Anniversary 24, Parabajava, 2014 Parabola and 2015 Stickee Monkee. Advance purchase required to participate due to Covid restrictions. We will only host the dinner if 25 or more sign up for the event. Menu will be posted closer to event and will feature creole and cajun themed dishes that highlight the New Orleans tradition of Mardi Gras. Price is $60 per person not including tax and gratuity.
