This is an hour and a half workshop with Bhante Sujatha, Abbot of Blue Lotus Buddhist Temple taking place at Blue Sky Yoga. Join Bhante Sujatha for an intimate conversation on how to train your mind to find the good, how to use your practice to benefit the world, and find blessings in this unprecedented time. We hope this time together will leave you feeling more hopeful, centered and ready to serve. All proceeds from this event will support Bhante Sujatha's monthly project in Sri Lanka to provide essential food supplies to low income people. Masks and social distancing are required.
