Description
A known animal thief by the name of Darleen/Dee Cervantes has been spotted in the KC area. She is widely vilified for abuse and neglect of animals as well as for opening gates and jumping fences to steal dogs. A large percentage of lost dogs are returned quickly to owners who are looking for them but since this person was sighted the instances of pets "Disappearing into thin air with no trace" has risen alarmingly.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FUR BABIES OUTSIDE ALONE
