I bought this house and I did not think it was this bad... It seems like 1 step forward 10 steps back... my budget has been mostly spent... I can't afford expensive... i need to make sure I budget correctly... this is my first house and I need to make it sellable... ive done most of the drywall since I use to own a drywall company in Washington but this is just to much by myself... plz only people who have professional experience reply...
