Seeking a full time maintenance man to look after 5 small apartment buildings on Clifton Blvd. between 110th and 112th Streets. Excellent working conditions. Currently there is one fulltime person handling matters and one part time indvidual ( this individual previously worked full time for me for 20+ years) Qualified individual will be their own boss will and maintain apartments and handle maintenance issues of tenants. They will oversee and priortize activites of current employees Threre is very large workshop with full rnge of tools and equipment located on premises. Am looking for a self starter who can priortize work and work independatly. Compensation will be based on work ethic and responsiveness to tenants. interested party shoud e-mail with a short resume.
