OCM is a regionally recognized contract custodial service firm that provides the highest quality custodial programs to Corporate Headquarters, Industrial and Distribution Centers, Multi-tenant Properties, Medical Centers, Special Improvement Districts and Educational Institutions. We are an expanding contract cleaning company that is looking for an energetic individual to fill an Area Supervisor role within our company. An excellent candidate will have the desire and ability to assist with supervising multiple sites as well as develop and direct our staff at multiple locations. Specific duties will include interviewing, training, inspecting, performing floor care, cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Individuals must be able to ensure proper service delivery according to specifications, and be good at working with people, communicating with customers, administering paperwork, and have a can do, positive attitude. The position will be required to work weekends. Therefore the schedule will be Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday. 2 years prior supervisory or management experience required. Janitorial experience is also a plus but not required if you have strong management skills
