Saturday morning Yoga- all levels. Wild Heaven West End Brewery is opening our doors, once again for Community Yoga. These sessions will consist of slow flow, stillness, meditation and (closed mouth)breath work. Participants must bring their own mats, props and a water bottle is highly encouraged. Come 15mins prior to start for seat and entry. Due to COVID- we must reduce class sizes to ensure we have safe distancing. No drop-ins are allowed. You must register for space and check-in at the door. We will take temperature with touch-less thermometer. Must enter wearing face mask. You can remove face mask while on your mat during practice but must be on off the mat.
