Description

I would like to rehome my healthy, standard Ball Python. He is about a year old and he is starting to beef up a little bit. He looks a little bit bigger than he does in these photos but he is still far from fully grown. The following is important information about this snake: He is defensive and anxious. Unfortunately he is not as chill as your average ball python. He is nervous and he often strikes at me. This has been a real bummer because I just don’t take him out much anymore and that isn’t good for either of us. I can’t let other people hold him either because I am afraid he will bite them. He will calm down but it takes twenty minutes sometimes for him to start crawling in my hands. I think he might be a good match for someone interested in breeding or someone with experience in snake handling. I have never, not once, gotten him to eat a frozen thawed mouse. I buy him a live adult mouse every weekend. I haven’t tried in a while but he has never been interested in a dead one no matter how warm I made it and how much I jiggled it in the tongs. I just couldn’t get him to bite! So if you don’t mind feeding live, he is a great eater and it’s cool to watch if you’re into that. But maybe you could get him to eat frozen thawed after all. Who knows! Included: Snek 20g long tank Heat mat (installed to bottom of tank) Thermometer system (regulates heat mat) Hydrometer Two hides Logs Fake plants Water dish Little Dripper water container Substrate (you’ll want to just replace this right away anyway) Snake hook Feeding tongs Not included: The stand. I need this bad boy for my printer because I work from home. You will need something to set the tank on. $150 rehoming fee. Call, email, text.
