Small, in-home non-licensed daycare providers!

Hello small, in-home daycare providers! I have an idea and I am hoping that I can find the person that is a right fit for what I have in mind. Grandma Mary's House has openings for 2 or 3 children ages 2-4 years of age. We have a 13 month old and a 3 year old right now. The ages of children are negotiable, but not below 13 months of age. I am hoping to come near the ages of the children I have. What I am looking for is someone that might have just 1 or 2 children in their home and would consider coming to Grandma Mary's House and combine our daycares. It would need to be a win-win for both groups so a lot of discussion would need to take place but I believe that it could happen. It would mean that we would have 2 adults in the shared space most times, and it can be done on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. My children's schedule changes every week. We would share expenses, resources, etc but our income stays with the children we have. An example for the shared expense: the rent on the daycare is $600 a month. Based on a 20 working days month, you would pay $15 a day for each day you and your child(ren) are here. Also, my children bring their own lunch and I provide snacks. In our shared situation, I would love it to work the same way, and so we would both share the expense of the snacks. Again, lots of discussion would have to take place, so lets start the discussion!
