We are looking for a few construction trades willing to bid on and work on a newly purchased 1920's SFH in Chehalis, Washington. We are hoping to have this work completed in the next couple of months but have some flexibility with specific timing. House is a 2-story, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath 1500 SF home with high basement access. We will be at the house daily during construction but there is no furniture to move or cover. Permits will be pulled. Trades/scopes needed: - Electrical - Complete rewire. The panel is fairly current and doesn't need to be replaced. Current wiring is a mix of older (knob and tube, older 2 prong outlets) and newer for appliances, ductless heating, etc. GFCI in bathroom and kitchen. Some walls will be open but others are lath&plaster. - Plumbing - Complete interior repipe. Run new lines to the bathroom on the first floor and change the location of plumbing in the kitchen. Run new lines to proposed 2nd bathroom on 2nd floor. Replace hot water heater. Trim work in bathrooms and kitchen. - Drywall - Frame, insulate and drywall 2nd bathroom on 2nd floor and entire kitchen after mechanical complete. - Misc painting, floor, and tile work. Exterior trim to be painted. Tile (wall and floor) work in kitchen and bathrooms. Sanding and refinishing original hardwood floors. Looking for licensed workers/companies in most cases. Some scopes could be side jobs for skilled workers. If interested please provide resume/company information and references to the above CL email address.
