Car Body Work Needed - Dent Removal

I have a mid 2000s Honda Element that took a dent in the top of the back lifting door. This also broke the window. Looking at the dent, I don't see how an auto glass place would be able to properly fit new glass because the dent creates an un-smooth surface for where the glass would sit. I will include pictures if you seem like a good fit. I am NOT looking for an official body shop or going through insurance. Do *not* reply and tell me to bring it to XYZ body shop, unless XYZ body shop is your garage at home... It's fine and a plus if you work at a shop. This would be a negotiated cash deal. You'd need your own tools, and the experience obviously. ---- Secondary to that issue, there is a water leak coming somewhere from the drivers side door. I am unable to tell what seal is broken or missing. I am ok with work-arounds such as filling a gap with silicone (or similar), or I will happily go to B&R in Albany where they have the same model and year vehicle to secure parts.... and pay for those parts. ---- There are other small fix-er-up jobs on this car that you may or may not be interested in. I'd be happy to talk about those. ---- The *primary* goal of this posting is to get the dent removed so a window can be put in. The other jobs are only if you are interested in some extra side work. Again. This gig is for a person/mechanic/body shop person, who wants to make some money on the side. There will be no connection to any body shops, insurance, expected warranties, etc.... I just expect you to do a good job and have the experience to back up your work. Please include a little about your experience in your reply. I don't care if you have 30 years of experience or 3, and long as you can do the job correctly. I am located by Reser Stadium and there may be a chance that there would be a big RV tent thing to work under should you do it here (as long as my roommate is not using it).
