any old VHS tapes that...?

Hi. So this is a very oddball request.....does anyone have a VHS TV recording circa 1980s or 1990s that has had a local emergency alert activation caught on tape? Specifically, from the Massillon or Stark County area where the screen would go blank and you'd hear a phone message by a police/fire member describing an emergency, like a tornado warning? If so, I'd appreciate it if you could possibly share said clip with me or post it on YouTube... ...Why? I am doing personal research on regional early warning devices and recently have been striving to document very fascinating and undocumented systems like in the above question. From what I understand, these are very uncommon to find in action, and I would like to preserve local history of obscure things. (see i told you it was a weird request lol) Thx
