South Lyon Stars Pom Pom prep tryout clinic for 5-7th graders Support South Lyon Traditional Pom!! We are hosting a 5 week tryout prep clinic for 5th-7th graders! Do you plan on trying out for South Lyon Star Fall 2021 team? Do you have dance expiecne but have not tried pom yet? Are you looking to add extra skills for next year? Are you just looking to see what pom is all about?? We are here to help!! Did you know Pom Pom is considered a low-risk covid sport? We do not use shared equipment, we practice outside and With Proper spacing we do not touch and, can maintain social distancing. With all the cancelled sports, We are hoping to add some fun for the winter Clinic will cover pom pon form, kicks, formations, stretching, jumps, showmenship, confidence and tryout tips. Particpants will also learn a short kickline and Pom sequence. Particapants will be evaluated day 1 and then seperated in to groups based on skill and expiernce. Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner. No experience necessary! Masks are required at all times. Student to Coach ratio will be approx 6 to 1. Max is 30 particpants. Due to space. This clinic will run Friday's 5:15-6:15pm at the Chruch of Christ in South Lyon. Class will run Feb 26, March 5, March 12, March 19, and March 26. ( we will hve one snow day if needed April 16) Cost of the Clinic is $110 and includes a donation to the church.( clinic is closed to spectators and outside visitors.
