https://cincinnati.craigslist.org/pet/d/cincinnati-rottweiler-scam/ .html This same person is on the community site listing Rottie puppies for 're-homing' from her late son - We were in communication and she offered to use a transport service, then stated she was in Texas after her puppies are listed in Baltimore MD. After googling the email address below I found similar listings elsewhere.
