Rehome Needed for Loving/Nervous Dog

Located in Concord, OH. 9 year old French bulldog mix, neutered, needs loving, quiet home with no kids or other animals. He is nervous around children and bit my toddler when she approached him unexpectedly. It was not either of their fault. He also bit my husband and a guest. Not vicious, but can be reactive/nervous. Very sensitive, sleeps/relaxes most of day, very loving. Just needs a calm home without the risk of children. This is a very difficult decision to make but what we think would be best for him and safe for all. Please message if you know of someone who may be an understanding fit (senior who lives alone, someone who understands dogs without home with children, etc.), thank you for no negative comments as this is already very hard.
