Join the yogis/yoginis from Pineapple Yoga + Cycling Studio for weekly Poolside Yoga at the Sarasota Modern Hotel every Friday starting at 11 am. This is an all levels yoga practice appropriate for beginners or seasoned yogis. Focus is on stretching and relaxing. Bring a mat and water and sunscreen! It is usually sunny and beautiful! Participants have the option to stay and enjoy the three gorgeous pools at the hotel. Day passes are available at the hotel front desk for $25.
