A NIGHT IN ITALY Join Chef Carlos as he teaches you how to make a complete six-course gourmet Italian dinner covering all the basic Italian cooking techniques. (Comes with select wines). The only way to learn to cook is to do it yourself. While Carlos will demonstrate the techniques, be prepared to roll up your sleeves and put what you have seen into practice. Guests will leave with recipes cards and the Biltmore signature chocolate chip banana bread.
